1. Warranty Overview
SUPER EMPOWER® warrants that its Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions during the applicable warranty period. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and covers products purchased through SUPER EMPOWER® authorized sales channels.
2. Warranty Period

Battery Accessories: 1 Year
Warranty begins on the original purchase date.

3. Warranty Coverage
Covered issues include:
• Manufacturing defects
• BMS-related failures
• Charging or discharging failures caused by product defects
• Internal component failures affecting performance
• Product failures that do not meet stated specifications under normal use
4. Long Cycle Life Design
SUPER EMPOWER® LiFePO4 batteries are engineered for reliable long-term performance with advanced Battery Management System (BMS) protection and thousands of charge and discharge cycles under proper use and maintenance.
5. Warranty Service
If a covered defect is confirmed, SUPER EMPOWER® may provide:
• Repair
• Replacement with a new or certified refurbished unit
• Refund when repair or replacement is unavailable
SUPER EMPOWER® reserves the right to determine the appropriate solution based on product condition and availability.
6. Warranty Claim Process
Step 1—Contact Support: Provide order number, proof of purchase, Battery Serial Number (S/N), issue details, and photos/videos if available.
Step 2—Technical Evaluation: Our support team will review the issue, provide troubleshooting guidance, and determine the appropriate solution.
Step 3—Return Authorization: If product return is required, SUPER EMPOWER® will provide return instructions before shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Step 4—Inspection & Resolution: Approved warranty issues will receive repair, replacement, or refund.
7. Warranty Exclusions
Not covered:
• Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
• Incorrect installation or operation
• Use with incompatible chargers, inverters, or electrical systems
• Overcharging, over-discharging, or improper series/parallel connections
• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
• Water damage, fire damage, impact damage, or extreme environmental damage
• Normal capacity degradation caused by regular use
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Use as an engine starting battery
8. Recommended Applications
Designed for:
RV, Solar Energy Storage, Off-grid Systems, Trolling Motors, Marine Electronics, Backup Power. Not designed for engine starting applications, life-support systems, or medical equipment where battery failure may result in injury or death.
9. Battery Maintenance Tips
• Use a compatible LiFePO4 charger
• Avoid long-term storage in a fully discharged state
• Store and operate within recommended temperature ranges
• Follow the user manual
Built-in Low Temperature Protection:
Charging stops below 32°F (0°C). Discharging stops below -4°F (-20°C). Operation resumes when temperature returns above approximately 41°F (5°C).
10. Compensation & Liability
SUPER EMPOWER®’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price. SUPER EMPOWER® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
